RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By participating in boating activities with Golden Sirens LLC, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating in activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, serious illness, or even death.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Golden Sirens LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of personal injury, death, or property damage.

GOVERNING LAW

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The following conduct is strictly prohibited: possession or use of illegal drugs, possession of weapons, unsafe or reckless behavior that endangers others. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
